  • Maple syrup — 2 tablespoons
  • Dijon mustard — 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil — 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice — 1 tablespoon
  • Celery — 1 cup chopped
  • Red onion — ¼ cup diced
  • Vegan mayonnaise — ⅓ cup
  • Salt — ½ teaspoon
  • Black pepper — ¼ teaspoon
  • Lettuce — 2 cups chopped

Instructions

  • Place cubed tofu (14 oz) on a baking tray.
