Ingredients
- Unsweetened vegan Greek-style yogurt soy or almond: 1½ cups
- Silken tofu blended smooth: ½ cup
- Olive oil: 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice: 1½ tbsp
- Garlic minced: 1 tsp
- Cucumber grated and squeezed: ½ cup
- Fresh dill chopped: 2 tbsp
- Fresh parsley chopped: 1 tbsp
- Salt: ½ tsp
- Black pepper: ¼ tsp
Instructions
- Add vegan yogurt and blended tofu to a mixing bowl.
- Whisk until smooth and thick.
- Add olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until fully combined.
