Turkey Stir-Fry Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup firm tofu crumbled (vegan turkey swap)
- ½ cup sliced bell peppers
- ½ cup broccoli florets
- ½ cup carrots thinly cut
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili sauce
- ½ teaspoon garlic paste
- ½ teaspoon ginger paste
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Heat a wok and add 1 tablespoon sesame oil.
- Add crumbled tofu and cook 3 minutes.
- Add bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots.
- Stir and cook 4 minutes.
- Add soy sauce, chili sauce, garlic paste, ginger paste, pepper, and salt.
- Toss well and cook 3 minutes.
- Finish with lemon juice and sesame seeds.
